Adding a phone number is very easy. In most cases this goes automatically. Phone numbers are automatically added to your account when you call with caller ID and enter the PIN code of your customer account. If a phone number is linked to your account, you no longer need to enter your pin code.
Add a phone number yourself
If you want to add a phone number yourself, go to the Account settings.
Switch phone number?
If you have linked multiple phone numbers to your account, you can set your primary phone number on the Dashboard. Your primary phone number is the phone number you want to use at that time.
When will my phone number be used?
Your telephone number is recognized when you call a consultant yourself. You no longer need to enter a PIN code. You can also receive calls from our system. This is the case when, for example, you have made a call appointment with a consultant or when you click on the "Call" button.
